My engagement ring prongs were 33 years old and very worn. They replaced the setting and my ring looks brand new! I am so pleased! I also had a lobster clasp on a necklace replaced and a clasp on a bracelet replaced. They were very professional and the prices were reasonable. All items were repaired in a week or less. I highly recommend them!

I had a wonderful experience at James Douglas Jewelers! I had a cameo that was given to me from the mother. It was from the 1940s but was never set into a piece of jewelry. I brought it to James Douglas Jewelers and Rosine greeted me warmly and worked with me from start to finish to give me not only a beautiful cameo pendant, but a family heirloom that will be passed on to my daughter and granddaughter.
